Super easy to use!

I bought this last year and this year and it's so easy to use. Also has guides to help with confusing terms used when doing taxes. I will continue to use this for all my tax filing needs.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

The program makes it easy for anyone to use, as long as they have the basic information available that is needed for anyone to fill out the forms and file.

It appears that return was rejected because its appeared to use 2019 AGI instead of 2018.
I should have checked it closer, but have been using it for years and it has always imported the right one from last years return. Not this year. Thought you might want to know.

I have been using H&R block tax software for many years now and find it to be easy to follow and very complete. The fact that they do an accuracy check and let you know if anything doesn't look right is one of best features. Also makes it very easy to file both the Federal and State returns and get verification that returns have been received. If I have any refunds coming the on line filing certainly speeds up my receiving the refunds.
