For the inexperienced, its step-by-step format keeps you on track and helps you get the most out of your return. For both, it's no nonsense accuracy review keeps you out of the IRS jailhouse!

I've used h&r block since 2015 always has been a good program but getting two stars this time because it will not let me download my state software until the 31st of January. Every year prior I never had a problem with waiting for state software until now. Highly disappointed in that I would expect better out of h&r block. some type of disclaimer would be nice stating that some states off or might not be available immediately for download.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The proof will be in whether the returns are accepted and processed without problem.
That, of course, has not happened this quickly.
