I’ve been using the H & R Deluxe software for several years. For me is is very user friendly. It walks you through everyone a step at a time. It is not confusing either and when you finish your return is checked for errors. You have the option to do an e/file (online) or do a paper copy and file through the mail. I also am able to file my state tax return using the same software. I highly recommend this software!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

The software is excellent. The fee for the electronic filing is pathetic and a burden if you are filing in 2 states, it wouldn't surprise me if they eventually started charging you to print it out on your own printer.

The software is simple, if you can read the print

The software simple to use, however, to read the script, I had to use ctl+ on every page to read it.. Rather than enlarge the whole page, it enlarged the working screen, and pushed whatever wouldn't fit off the working screen so it couldn't be seen. Ctl- to shrink the screen back down, and use my magnifying glass to read the rest.
I like the software, but unless H&R Block figures out a way to use larger fonts, this will be my last year to use them.
This would be a great product for young people with good eyesight.

Didn’t like what happened in the accuracy review: Data was missing on forms that should have been filled out automatically (Last year’s worksheets)
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
