Fairly easy but there are very confusing

This was by far the worst experience using your tax program because it was very confusing. Will use other tax program next year.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For most of us, we are not tax advisors or knowledgable in all the codes, so it helps to have a more thourough explanation for each section of the tax software. This tax years software seems to have implemented better instruction, but still needs more work. Used it for years.
