This is the 6th year I have used H&R Block Tax software to do my tax and relative taxes. It is just as easy to use as TurboTax (used 20+yrs), no transition and is much better value.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

It was a good product until I ran into a problem

THERE IS A GLITCH IN THE 1099-R Form concerning the PAYER'S TIN that caused me several hours work to figure out. The software insisted on putting a hyphen after the first two numbers. This caused the IRS to reject my tax return because the PAYER'S TIN did not match because of the hyphen. I am still struggling to fix this problem.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The program refused to update and was not as clear as before. Had to file Pennsylvania taxes on paper because the program did not look back to include the required information that was answered in the federal section. Seems to have become cluttered.
