I have been using this software for many years now and have been happy. But this year was different. I had completed my taxes and saved them. Then toward the end of March i decided it was time to file. I opened the software and there was an update needed, so I did the update and then couldn't open my file. I called explained the problem, the agent suggest I either wait until the 28th or do my taxes again. I reformulated everything and when I got to the state section I could not continue or reopen the file. So I waited until the 28th. Neither file would open. I called for help and after a very long explanation the agent said she would escalate the problem a few days later I got an email that said the problem with the Stat software had been fixed. I was finally able to reopen my files and I filed the federal, just haven't gotten to the state.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!
