Some things/questions were confusing because of the way they were written and having possible multiple responses. Particularly on military deductions and asking if spouse filed return previously.

Great Software, but no way to get activation code when trying to electronic file. I had to call support who solved the problem but after a 35 minute wait. Make sure you save the email with the activation code.

2019 Federal and South Carolina state Refunds

Lacking the ability to edit and add comments in a form format. The window only driven format is not intuitive. State of South Carolina Return needs to use state line item descriptions and show line item numbers too and or form format not just windows. And be able to enter comments to document entries.
