You're help line is worthless. You need human interface.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Verified Purchase:Yes
The software itself is easy to use to determine your taxes. However state software glitched at submission (forced me to do an update) and apparently charged me twice for a single submission. Not happy with HR Block.
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy and consistent. Year after year. If we Have to do taxes at least make it easy on yourself.
