I use this program every year. It seems to work well enough because I have never been audited. It is rather tedious however and asks so many questions which are unrelated to me that it tends to drive me crazy. I guess that is mostly the fault of our overly complicated tax system.
Pros: Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

It Gets the Job Done!

I had a link to a competitor's comparable product that I tested the waters with. TBH, the competitor's was quicker to use because their file import software took in all four of my needed forms - this one required me to manually fill in the information on two of those forms. Otherwise everything was fairly simple - especially considering I had sold stock, crypto, and an annuity - so not just income and deductions. Both both products came up with the exact same conclusion. I also chose this one because found it for a 1/4 the competitors price!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

Software was great until I wanted to buy and download the State software. I had to try 3 times to get it going and you charged me 3 times. I recommend that there be a way after purchase to download the software for States.
