Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

It served it's purpose. However, it lacked guidance regarding confirming some entries. Adding the ability to change font size for desktop use would be very helpful.

Three issues. One regarding trying to understand where Deduction came from that was different than AI described. Talked to Professional after incredible action to get to talk. Second was the reject after submission for lack of PIN. Resubmitted then IRS rejected having to send a check, had to be direct deposit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
