The software did not download my previous year’s return. It didn’t load all the forms I needed so I had to go back to “ Take Me To” several times. I updated the software prior to any entry of data, then when I completed the return and paid for the State return, it forced me to update again and double charged me. It was very frustrating and I’m rethinking using H&R for next year. I have been using H&R for many years,very disappointed.
