Somewhat disappointed

The program did not enter all of my RMD amounts (2 amounts) in the proper columns even though I furnished all of the proper info. Now I have to file an amended return to the IRS to explain what lines need to be changed. Otherwise the IRS may nor know I satisfied my RMD for 2019.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've used the H&R Block software to prepare my taxes for several years now, and it seems to get better every year. It's extremely easy to use and there's great guidance every step of the way. My wife and I itemize to ensure that we receive the maximum return, so we have to complete many additional forms in order to do so. The H & R Block software guides you through this process by asking very basic questions and offering advice as you complete each additional form. It even provides you with a comparison of the benefit that you may have created as a result of using that deduction or itemization. Its like having a personal tax advisor sitting on your desktop.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

problem is when you import the previous years info you end up needing to remove the forms at the end that you didn't need and that was a hassle . the program should automatically remove the forms that are inactive or not opened
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

I like the import feature from last years return.

The software is very easy to use. I just wish it had an option to make the text larger.
I like the efile option and am able to print paper copies for records.
For security reasons it gives me the option to load the program and files to an external usb
drive which is always off line while working on my return.
