I love the easy to use input screens and the help functions are very useful. The software installs quickly and walks you through the whole process. Have used H&R Block tax software for 5 years and love the product.

I have used this program in years past because I can import prior year's info and update the differences. I had taxes done in about an hour, I felt confident, and filed electronically! I wish they had a cheaper program that only did Federal and NO state.

I ordered on line from an email I received. Some of the directions are hard to follow. You need to be more specific. It's aggravating when the consumer (me) doesn't understand what you're asking for. And I'm not going to pay some tax person hundreds of $$ so I get a puny refund. I'll do it myself and get a good one.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
