Beware, double check if it imports figures from last year it got mine wrong, luckily I caught it and fixed the errors. This is the second year using it but thinking I might be going back to my old software and just pay the higher price.

I always go with H&R Block with all my tax needs year in and year out. I love the fact they are old school and send me a CD to install. I love hard copies of my installation media. Giving you 5 keys to E-File makes doing taxes for my family a breeze. The design is simple yet fluid and hyperlinks help if you are unsure with anything. They always have routine updates to ensure you have an up to date product.

Same good interview format, but glitchy program

Have used HR Block for many years, always a good interview format -- but this year it's glitchy. When I went to print and selected "save as .pdf" it crashed the program. Unfortunately it had not auto saved the State portion so had to totally re-enter. But worse, when all done, I had to pay a bit more (not a problem), went through the bank debit, it accepted it and filed .... but then at the very end it had a different amount owed by one dollar! So this year I have to rate the reliability and accuracy as poor.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
