I have been using this for about eight years and haven’t had a problem till now. My state return had a mistake and I the software made what my state says it was a math error. I haven’t decided if I will use it again this year.

When I use the software as I always had, it works well and gave me the results I expected. But when I asked AI how to do processes on my taxes, it could not answer my questions on where to enter the information.

Ok - But Double Check the IRS Address
on April 1, 2026

Overall ok in finding a few glitches. Imported 2024 taxes as a joint return, but filed as a single for 2025 due to my spouse passing away last year. The program kept indicating I had a penalty for my IRA distribution which should not have been the case. Some other glitches in moving from joint to single, and just started from scratch as single. Had some issues with paying federal taxes - like living in NC and IRS mailing address was identified as Austin, TX. I should have checked against the IRS website that indicates an address in Charlotte, NC. Small things like that make the product fair and not Great or Excellent.
