Major errors in software. Initially did not handle QCD correctly. Support did not even know what a QCD was but promised to forward the problem. I was unable to file for 2 weeks as the software would not allow me to load my return. It kept getting an error about the number 1. Finally, I am being charged twice for my state filing. Time to go back to TurboTax.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Frequent crashing

After many years of using this product, this is the first time it failed me! Trying to finish up with a e-file, it told me I had issues but every time I attempted to access the list, it crashed! Totally frustrated, I am pondering ever buying this software next year. No help, no support, no answers!

I was disappointed when I could not edit the AGI problem. So, I was forced into having to mail my returns. There was to many thing and confusing to try and correct the problem. I was not alerted to the need in the program and check for errors before I sent the electrically, so I mail them. I will have think real hard if I will use your program again. I will have to go back to using another. Thank, maybe you will correct the prble in you next yewar program, that up to you. Ted
