I bought this for the 2025 taxes that I’ve been utilizing for many years. I would like to see that they’re not be an additional fee to e-file the state form. I purchased the deluxe program should not be charged extra

Been using this product for decades. I am starting to consider competitors sadly. The section on Health Insurance is horribly difficult and always gives us the most problems. There is no reason why that could not be simplified and done through interview style like the rest of the program. It continues to give us great headaches not only this year, but for the last few years. If this was resolved, my rating for this program would increase to 4.5 stars.

Have used for over a decade. Process is very easy for uncomplicated taxes. I am starting to get into more complicated tax returns which the program is 'okay' at handling. I should say, it handles them fine, but I end up having to do my own research on questions because it doesn't always have the best explanations for tough questions. Overall, the program is very intuitive for most people's taxes.
