The software is pretty user friendly, easy to get through. I've been doing our taxes for a few years now and always use H&R Block. I trust them, they have a great reputation, and I know they'll have my back if something goes wrong. I like the question and answer feature, I don't think I've ever had an occasion where I had a question that wasn't answered.
