I’ve had a good experience over many years of using your software but this year I have been unable to file one return because it’s telling me an update is required. I have updated on 3 successive Friday updates and still cannot file. There is only 2 weeks before the deadline

I enjoy how easy H&R block is to use, and the ability to look at specific forms if need be. That being said, some odd things happened this last time using it. The program somehow defaulted to my vehicle being an aircraft? I don't remember any questions about that. Also, when reviewing the Child credit section, it defaults to deleting the last child, which it did. Furthermore, I would like to see why the refund number changes. It jumped up 2k at the end of everything without my changing anything, and I would have liked to know why it did that at the very end.
