Been using 20 years - - ONE big gripe

I've been using HRB Deluxe plus State for at least 20 years. The ONE thing I miss they took away about 10 years ago It was Comparison with Prior Year REPORT you could print. It compared lines for both years and difference it would help find missing items or show what tax went up or down. I'd love it brought back but I doubt it
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

Seems to be easy enough. All the questions are there. The State sometimes confuses me. I'm not always sure where the program pulls some of it's figures from. I'd like to be able to see the form side by side and edit the form myself if necessary.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

PA taxes retirement annuity payments. H&R Block software doesn't handle them.

I could not file electronically. The IRS provided me with a 6 digit PIN. Your software only supports a 5 digit pin. Other than that the process was but it took way too long.
