The only problem I had was with the accuracy review. It was not very clear what step I had overlooked. If it had been highlighted, it would have been helpful. Otherwise, all went well.

This is only the second year I have prepared my own taxes. Last year was very difficult and using Turbo Tax software made it more difficult. H&R Block software I used this year was a breeze. Guided me through the entire process, checking and double checking with easy guidance to correctly complete the forms. THANKS!!

I have used this for the last three years so it automatically imports the previous years info which save a lot of time entering data, and the price for the software is less than others, yes you can do it online for free but I like having on the computer if there is a problem.

This was the easiest return to prepare I have seen in many years. It's true my own situation simplified things but, even though the program feels about the same as in the past, things just pulled together better than I have seen in a long time. Your addition of the converter to print all the important documents as a *.pdf file saved me a lot of work. I used to convert all those documents manually with Print2pdf. This did a better job and did it a lot faster. Having to pay more for a state program for a filing I was only just barely required to do than for the Federal program (and more than the refund I will receive) was a bit of a bitter pill to swallow.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Software is easy to navigate, explains sections where there are common questions, and often offers deductions I didn't know I could take. I have been using this softw as re the ladt 5 years znd it has always given me the best return possible.
