the help wasn't that great - I kept trying to find out where to put tuition expenses and couldn't find an answer, it wasn't until I ended up switching to itemized deductions that it showed up - maybe put that in help and give the option of going through a potential itemized deduction to see if it is higher - also, I thought state was paid for, yet it wasn't

Product does not really do what it claims. Errors and glitches. Also cover the state but then charges extra for it. They use to be much better a few years ago.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
