Federal return was fairly straight-forward. I found the Alabama return very confusing. Some Alabama information had to be manually entered on Forms even though the same information was in the Federal Forms.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

The Federal program was good and I encountered no problems. However, the Arizona State program has a significant weakness. The Arizona tax credits for Qualified Charitable Organizations is incomplete and requires manually transferring data from prior years to current year. Also, Form 348 must be downloaded from the Arizona tax forms. These weaknesses detract from the overall quality and functionality of the prgram.
I would recommend this to a friend!

much better than the free irs software. the irs software worked ok but wasnt user friendly and could get strange. the submission process was quite awkward. bordering on strange.
