AIG entering not right
on March 31, 2026

At the end it asks for my AIG. This was a joint return. It auto lists my AIG as zero. Then tells me to enter my spouse's AIG. This made absolutely no sense. There are no separated AIGs on my previous return. There is only one number that includes both of us. Very frustrating!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The program was easy to use. However, checking my credit card statement, I found you charged for the state filing twice. The federal was free.

I have Ben using this software for over 15 years. As a mature tax software, it makes my annual tax and budget process routine and bearable. Over the years I have noticed that the interface as well as the explanation texts have gotten more informative and to the point in effect condensing volumes of tax law to something understandable. My taxes are not simple, this software allow me to produce my federal and state taxes easily.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

I bought this program at a ridiculous price . Received many emails telling me what a great price it was then when I checked out the price was much more. You got me this year but never again. There’s absolutely no reason the price should go up. I didn’t need the program in Jan. Or Feb. Bad business practice.
