The majority of my returns were pretty easy to complete, but the software gave me incorrect information on declaring the money I paid in estimated taxes to the state, causing an error on my return. The state caught it and increased my refund, but now my return is incorrect. I've emailed about the problem and have not gotten a response.

I am Using H7R for years and love it better than Turbo Tax.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Frustrating - It would not allow me to put St. Louis as my city, kept saying I had to start with a letter and not a space. Tried it 4 times with same result. Had to resort to me post office district area name.

The software works great. I received my Federal refund but I'm having issues with the State refund. I had to send them my W-2's and 1099-NEC. I am waiting for them to respond and to send me my refund.
