I have used H&R Block software year after year because it is an excellent product with great customer service. If I have a question, I can look in Help or call for an answer. It's walk through of filling out your taxes for Federal and State are as simple as answering questions with a click of a mouse for the most part. I love the fact that it checks everything over before submission.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Ive been using this software since 2008. Ive enjoyed the ease of use in the past. This year was different. It was difficult to connect to their server. This problem caused program to stop working in the state mode. It was unable to download the software in order to use this portion. The federal softwore worked OK, but wouldnt update because of the server problem. The program fell far.short of past experience with it. Gotta be honest and say that i dont trust it enough to use it in the future.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
