Getting new software next year. Each time I update 1 employer and save the file, it overides and trashes the second employer data with the data from the first. Now I have to file by paper. Thanks!!!

The software let me think I could e-file an amended federal return for the previous year (12 months ago). It let me go all the way through and told me at then end I had file a paper return. (Simple error, I had used a wrong 1099-int and needed to refile).

I use HR Block Deluxe every year and have been very pleased with the ease of use and accuracy. This year, the program had a problem handling one of the entries from a K-1. The program should be able to handle any normal investment entries. I may explore other tax software in the future.

State e-file cost is outrageous. Given that one gets multiple federal e-files included for free and we are buying the Federal and State software, to have to pay almost the full price of the software just to e-file a state return is exploitive and somewhat deceptive.
