only filed 3 returns and the code won't work

my computer was acting up so have to send the efile several times but did not go thru then it says max limit for the code has been reached when only used it 3 times

Great program. Only problem I had was trying to get it to print my return as a pdf file. Never did get it to print. Probably some computer thing I don't understand.

I have been using TurboTax for over 15 years. Because of increased difficulty in acquiring TT and TT either increasing price or restructuring products to require purchasing a higher priced version I decided to try H &R Block. H &R was very user friendly and pulled personal data from TT for the previous year. Better still it was less costly than TT.
