SAME LIKE LAST YEAR, AND YEARS BEFORE. THEY CAN'T HANDLED W-2 WITH LOW CROSS WAGES LIKE $82 DOLLARS WITH NO FEDERAL INCOME TAX DEDUCTION. AND I HAD TO MAILED, AND IRS HAVE TO FIX THEIR ERROR AND ADD MONEY IN MY REFUND FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS - LAST YEARS ACCORDING TO H&R BLOCK, MY REFUND WAS $871.00, IRS INSTEAD REFUND ME $1,350.00.

Cons: Hard to import documents

H&R Block is less expensive than TurboTax and does just as good a job, if not better. I switched from TurboTax a few years ago when they were caught putting unwanted and unnecessary software on your computer, bordering on spyware/malware. After getting caught, they admitted it and said they don't do it anymore. It's a trust issue.
