I've used the H&R Block software program for years. It's an easy to use, great program for figuring out our Federal and State taxes.

Product very good, but I am not satisfied with the menus for a person who retired on disability but has passed legal retirement age (simplified method).

I've been using for a few years and is always easy to use with no technical issues. I do wish they would guarantee to offer the lowest price to repeat customers. I feel I'm getting a good price and then ultimately get a copy in the mail that appears to be less than what I bought it for at pre-order time.

Don't trust the "take a picture of your W2" part

"Take a picture" app did not work well. Took forever to connect with phone camera, and it accepted one W2, then it disappeared later on its own, and I filed the return without realizing one W2 was gone. Now I have to file an amended return. The second W2 never did go to the return and had to enter it manually. Won't trust it again.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
