My PA tax return required a PDF attachment that was three documents but only would allow one doc and when i thought next would allow second doc..it sent state tax form... i expext i will not get my refund and will have to supply other docs..poor explanation and nothing i could do

First it was rejected and I had to prove it was me to get it efiled, Now your program is screwed up and I have to wait to start the process all over.
Am I going to have to call in and prove my identity again?
