I have used Turbo tax in the past. This product is slightly cheaper and seemed very similar. Perhaps Turbo tax gives a few more instructions and is slightly more clear. I was able to input my previous years’ information so that is a plus!

I like the fact that your program looks at last year's and brings the information over. I had an issue with deleting my spouse's info since he passed away in 2018 and my info was in the spouse column, which then deleted all my info but I just re-entered my info and went on. Your program is very easy to follow.

I paid to e-file, only to have the IRS reject the tax return due to an error with this software according to the rejection report. And then they asked me to review the software.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
