The return was easy to install and follow prompts however I was upset to have to pay twice for my State tax filing! It was rejected the first time because my code was entered incorrectly so when I reentered it I was charged a second filing fee! Beware of this before submitting!
Pros: Easy to prepare

Have used this program for years. Easy to use. With questions and answers, it leads you right through how to complete your taxes. There is a help option if you have any questions. No sense in paying for someone to prepare your taxes.

I've used this software for several years. This year, for the first time, I had an issue and called tech support. The representative was courteous and very helpful. She stayed on the line with me until the issue was resolved. I am very happy with the software ans will use it again next tax season.

My returns were rejected by the IRS because the software is defective. The update to hopefully correct the problem is a week away. Not a happy customer.
