When I first started using HRB years ago, what I valued most was the ability to talk to an intelligent human being, even at the cost of a fee. Those humans still exist at HRB but the obvious paths to them are blocked by AI robots, who are useless.

For the most part I am happy, but the need to review every single transaction download from my brokerage account is stupid. Where your software truly angers me, and frankly makes me think I may not use it again is: (1) your support for schedule K-1 is awful. Luckily I had a loss on my K-1 so I was able to skip entering it. Otherwise I was going to be forced to manually file because box 11 has a "C" code. Unacceptable. (2) The fact that I cannot download transactions from J.P. Morgan securities is a showstopper for me.
