This product is easy to use with reminders and accuracy checks along the way. Once all your documents are available you can be done in 30 minutes; filed federal and state and on their way. I would recommend this to anyone. I have used HRB for years now and never had issues.

2019 H&R Block Deluxe was not good as past years

To start, I have been using the H&R Block Deluxe software for 10 years and until this year, I loved it. I purchased the software cd and was unable to install it. I had to download the version to install. I know someone else had the same problem. Also the accurate meter did not work, it never filled in the 4 items as it did in the past.
I was very disappointed... not to say I will not use this again... but I really hope you all address these problems...
