Have use hrb for several years --could be more customer user friendly---especially when one wants to copy certain pages and their explanations sometimes are not very good!!!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

Program guidance did not flow as smoothly as previous years experience but worked adequately through initial filing. Unfortunately I had to file an amended return and that did not work as well. Process was worse with Federal but even though I think incomplete the program indicated acceptance. The State guidance was contradictory and actually inconsistent with PA State requirements. AI Chat guidance was also inconsistent with State requirements and basically useless. Finally used state forms and filed independent of this program.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
