My first submission was rejected by IRS, even though the program showed no errors and only one issue (verify IRA amount). The program indicated which form had the problem and upon opening that form, I discovered the program had inserted an address in a space that should have been left blank. I fixed it and resubmitted, this time it was accepted. I am a very long time user and this is the first time I've had problems.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

It worked as well as Turbo Tax

I bought this tax software for the first time as Turbo Tax no longer supports windows 10, so this is my first year using it. Really, it was pretty easy and I am happy with it, EXCEPT for having to download a PDF file to save all forms. Not happy about that.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've used this software for at least 15 years. Have never had as many issues as I did this year. Spent hours with their support team. The last one wasn't even able to help. Hope i don't get audited. I expect i will switch to something different next year.

We have used H&R tax filing software for since they took over Tax Cut in 2009 and have always been satisfied with the software. Never been audited and the process has always been easy.
