H&R block should have caught a typo discrepancy between the employee number provided. Two different numbers were entered. One number was incorrectly typed in.

I have used H&R Block to file my taxes for years. The programs are simple and easy to follow.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Glitch in system caused my return to be rejected and the problem was not fixed for two full weeks. I have used this software since 2013 but they just lost a loyal customer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The section dealing with retirement distributions was unclear as my military retirement does not have a minimum. I felt anxious ignoring the questions and clicking on NEXT without feedback that I was doing the correct action.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
