Again, This is the 5th time in 5 years I have done, and no one cares for the problem. WHEN you do you taxes and going to e-file on you website is only takes 5 digits number for efile WELL IRS HAS A 6 DIGIT IPIN THAT IS GIVEN EACH YEAR NEW NUMBER IPIN THIS MAKE THE 5TH TIME IRS HAS REJECT MY EFILE TAX RETURN REASON FOR REJECT insuffit IPIN which is 6 didit number HR BLOCK ONLY ALLOWS 5 DIGITS NUMBER FOR E FILE I HAVE TO PRINT OUT MY SAME TAX RETRUN AND MAIL IT TO IRS FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS NO ONE CARES THAT THE STORY I PRAY THE HR BLOCK WILL CORRECT THE 5 DIGIT NUMBER FOR EFILE TO 6 DIGIT NUMBER SO CAN USE IRS IPN

I was not happy overall with the HRBlock program. It seemed to have bugs that slowed the process down at several points. At these points I tried to use the online help. Only once did it seem to connect with a real person. I complained about the problems, and he said part of the problem was with IRS confusion, numerous changes that the program had to accommodate. Maybe that was the case. Still the program wasn't as smooth as the Turbo Tax program I've used in the past.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only issue I had was related to stock transactions. After figuring out how to report the different types (basis reported vs. basis not reported and group transactions vs. individual transactions). I was able to complete my taxes in a few hours and received notice of acceptance in just a few hours.
