I have been using H and R Block software to do my taxes for the last several years. I find it to be easy to use and understand. It does a good, efficient job and I like it a lot.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

This software made my return rejected by IRS bc the forms error in this program.
It just updated the program to file again and it sure delayed my tax return for a week.
I will never use this program anymore!

I switched from another tax softwaare this year and found H&R's Deluxe 2019 to be very easy and quick. Simple download, then copy & paste activation code from email, then start. Highly recommended! Got email with Fed and State accepted confirm same day!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
