Some functions lost from previous years

Previously, when prior year's forms were loaded it included the names, addresses, TIN, etc. of all institutions (banks, employers, etc.). It was very time consuming to add all of this in. It is nice to be able to load photos of W-2s
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good but difficult in places

I was able to complete my taxes, but found that importing PDF's of forms to be horrible - most of the information either didn't fill in or was wrong. Also got to the review portion and needed to make a change to a form and was not able to - went back to the form itself and still couldn't change it - had to submit as it was.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

THIS IS STILL A GREAT TAX PREP. PROGRAM AND IT HAS BEEN FOR MANY YEARS. I HAVE USED THIS PROGRAM FOR MORE YEARS THEN I WANT TO SAY AND IT STILL GIVES ME THE BEST RETURNS.
