Transfer of 2018 Tax info to the 2019 program did not completely cross over and when updating the info into the 2019 program the errors did not clear. This is a first time occurrence using your program.

I have found the H&R tax software to be easy to follow as it guides you through the tax-computing process. However, it is also flexible, allowing one to jump directly to a specific part, for example adding a deduction afterwards.
I have been doing my taxes for more than 10 years and have used other brands of tax-software. I find the H&R Block more versatile and user-friendly.

I have not been successful in submitting either of the 2 I have tried. I have found the questions inadequate and the software confusing and hard to use. Last year I used EZ with no problems. I’m going to try it for mine again to see if I am successful again. Not being able to talk with a person about issues without the possibility of additional charges is a real problem.
