I have been using the program for the last decade. It is user friendly and easy to use especially if you import the prior year data. This year it was slightly more difficult because of my status change to retirement and the need to fill some new worksheets. But I expect it to be easier the following year. The audit review helps you to correct your mistakes. But be careful, it would not give you nessarily an error if you enter a data incorrectly. Remember almost all computer prgrams are as good as data entered%!

I'm a retired accountant, and have have been using H&R Block for the last 6 years. I find the program very using friendly, and accurate. Although my brokerage house offer a different tax program free of charge, I still purchasing H&R Block because of the easy of use.
This is a good (but not perfect) tax program. Probably the best thing is that you can install it in Dec and estimate your taxes. I made a lot of changes in December to save taxes.
