A user friendly software program that queues step by step entries to ensure you cover all the possibilities for you tax situation. I've used for 5+ years and have never had an issue!

Excellent when you get by the clutches. Program could not locate last years return for import and it took 45 minutes to get to recognize 2018. AGI for 2018 was not correct when supposedly imported
Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Easy to use but update was painful

Easy to use, Prior year info carried forward. Had to download updates to file. Both times the update feature in the program did not work. Went on line to get the update. The first time it failed. Worked the second time.
Pros: Easy to prepare
