EASY TO USE! BUT TOO MANY HIDDEN CHARGES I.E. CONVINCE CHARGES, FILEING FEES! ALL THE COSTS SHOULD BE UP FRONT, THE BACK SIDE (FILING) SHOULD BE FREE!!

After finishing my Federal and State returns this week I didn't feel entirely comfortable that the software had adequately explained some of the deductions and credits, and it didn't make me sure that I had included everything needed either. I am waiting to see if either of my returns bounce back.
