Software and e file for Federal but this is the second year we purchased PA State e file and it ddn't work. We spent what I will call an excessive time on phone with help person to no avail.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Had problems with the software but after four calls and your tech team working on it, it was resolved with an email sent to me with instructions on how to resolve the problem. Finished my taxes, submitted them, and just received both State and Federal Refunds. Thanks!

Digital Asset receipt/sale question was not asked in the PA State interview. Answer did not carry forward from the Federal Tax interview.
