All-around great experience

From purchasing the amazingly inexpensive program through completing the filing process, it was as easy as tax preparation could possibly be. I have used a different product in the past (Turbo); this HRB program was cheaper and better.
Pros: Easy to prepare

My federal return was rejected because the software has errors. After the update was available to fix the problem my return was $90 less. Won't use this software again!

Have been using H&R Block for over 10 years to complete my tax returns. Just fill in the information from the tax records and it calculated the taxes due for my fed and state taxes. Use the automated filing system each year to minimize the paper work of filing. Have not had any problem with the Fed or Start for errors.
