It is extremely difficult to reach anyone to talk to about an issue with H & R Block software. If it weren't for using TaxCut for a couple of dozen years, I would go to another tax software program in the future.

I use the H&R Block software every year. I appreciate the simplicity of the questions and that I can view the tax forms as I go. The only problem I have had is that my husband is a Junior and there isn't a box in Michigan forms for that, so the suffix doesn't transfer to the Michigan State forms.
