Installation and transmittal problems

I’ve used your software for years and never had problems. This year you went to a USB tab and I had problems downloading and Installing on a second computer. I also got a message that my submitted taxes was successful, but got a message that there were technical problems and was unable to get an update.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love H & R Tax Return Software

I have used this software for the past ten years and it has been reliable and helpful. It imports my data from the previous year and that is very helpful. It provides concise and clear answers to any topics I do not understand.

From purchasing the amazingly inexpensive program through completing the filing process, it was as easy as tax preparation could possibly be. I have used a different product in the past (Turbo); this HRB program was cheaper and better.
