I have been using your tax software for many years. Probably before it got named tax cut. I used it again for my 2025 returns and it went fairly smoothly. One thing that always happens every year it gives me a warning at the end that if someone has died then you need to do these other things. But there’s nothing in my form that says anything about anybody being deceased. I also had to look at my saved 2024 return to see how or where the estimated overpayment of taxes would be. It didn’t come up automatically as it should because that particular function was used last year also.

Your software had a glitch that summarized my short term gains, but did not allow the review of the individual trades. When I called for help, the individual blamed the broker, but all the information from the broker was in the software, it just wasn’t processed to the summary.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For the second year in a row my return was delayed and I received a letter from the IRS. Both years, your software didn't send the 6198 form, even thought it shows up in my saved return AND the send batch.
Each year I have to find an office service and pay extra money and time due to the failure of your product.
You have not empowered your support people to make this right, so I am stuck with the choice if I should continue to use your product after 15 years of loyalty.

This is the second year in a row that the software does not support a form I need. Must add the form to paper return and edit totals on other forms. Return then can not be e-filed.
