The app would not accept or recognize as valid the correct bank information on the bank we have an have used for decades so I didn't get my refund deposited as it usually is. I don't know if I can get it at all..

I have been using H&R Block tax software for over 15 years. It has always served me well regarding federal tax filing. I did have some issues in the past with filing state taxes when I had income from two different states. I only have to file federal taxes now since I only have income in Florida-a state with no income tax.
