3rd year using this program. Prior to those years I was using an accountant but because I no longer have the same write offs or deductions there was no need to spend that kind of money on a professional.
The program runs smooth and walked me through step by step. It made me feel confident that I input everything needed by the fed and state tax departments. I'll be selling the house this year and this program will help with those details.
If you are concerned about doing your own taxes, you will not be using this program.

Have been using this product for many years. Easy to use, reasonably priced. Was a little disappointed this year however. I try to complete my taxes as soon as possible to avoid identity theft. In doing so this year, I lost a credit amount as one of the forms apparently hadn't yet updated (I picked up on it after opening my return after the 2/14/20 update). It would be nice if the forms that haven't been updated are somehow flagged so you don't file an incorrect return.
